Driveonix offers automotive electronics and accessories, including dash cameras, backup cameras, parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring systems, blind spot monitoring systems, GPS vehicle trackers, multimedia receivers, CarPlay and Android Auto adapters, charging products, jump starters, power inverters, battery testers, and wiring accessories.
Product descriptions, compatibility notes, technical specifications, photographs, measurements, colors, packaging, and included accessories are provided for general purchasing guidance.
We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately, but minor differences may occur because of display settings, manufacturing updates, regional configurations, packaging changes, or supplier revisions.

If a pricing, promotional, or product information error is discovered, Driveonix may contact you with corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.
Order acceptance begins after verification.
An order confirmation acknowledges that Driveonix received your request. It does not guarantee final acceptance, inventory allocation, or shipment.
Free shipping with an estimated delivery window.
Driveonix offers free shipping on all products. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after processing and shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, peak periods, security reviews, and other circumstances outside our control may affect timing.
You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be your responsibility where permitted by law.
Eligible products receive 30-day support.
Driveonix offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days for eligible products, subject to the applicable return requirements and product condition standards.
Customers must begin the return or exchange process through Driveonix before sending a product back. Unapproved shipments may delay processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Original processing times imposed by banks or payment providers may still apply.
Delivery records may confirm completion.
Responsibility for a shipment transfers as required by applicable law and the selected carrier arrangement.
You should inspect delivered products promptly and report missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective items as soon as reasonably possible.
Driveonix may request photographs, packaging information, serial information, installation details, or other reasonable documentation when reviewing a claim.

Vehicle configurations vary by model, trim, production year, factory equipment, electrical architecture, software, regional standards, and prior modifications.
Product Performance and Limitations
Cameras, parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring systems, blind spot systems, GPS trackers, battery testers, and similar products are supplemental tools. They do not eliminate the need for direct observation, proper vehicle maintenance, sound judgment, or compliance with traffic laws.
Wireless signals, satellite reception, mobile applications, vehicle electronics, environmental conditions, installation quality, software permissions, and third-party services may affect product performance.
You must not rely exclusively on a Driveonix product to prevent collisions, detect every hazard, locate a vehicle, confirm tire safety, diagnose every fault, or determine whether a vehicle is safe to operate.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
Some products may interact with third-party devices, applications, operating systems, wireless networks, map services, cloud services, mobile carriers, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, or vehicle manufacturer systems.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, fees, updates, and technical requirements. Driveonix does not control and cannot guarantee the continued availability or compatibility of third-party services.
References to third-party names and trademarks are used only to describe compatibility or functionality and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driveonix's total liability arising from a specific product or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to Driveonix for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Driveonix harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, misuse of a product, unauthorized vehicle modification, or infringement of another person's rights.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Driveonix's own conduct where indemnification would be prohibited by law.
